Who can buy from us

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any age-restricted item (RIF) from us, and to hold an account generally you must be legally able to enter into a contract in the UK. See our Age Verification page for how RIF orders are checked.

Products and pricing

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise.
• We take reasonable care to describe and price products accurately. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing — you can cancel if you don't want to proceed at the corrected price.
• Product images are illustrative where a specific product photo isn't yet available; we do not use stock photography to misrepresent an item's actual appearance.

Orders and contract formation

Adding items to your cart is not an offer to sell. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and charge payment. A contract is formed at that point, confirmed by the order confirmation email.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, where we suspect fraud, or where age/ID verification for an RIF order fails.

Age-restricted products (RIFs)

Replica imitation firearms (RIFs) are sold only to verified buyers aged 18 or over, in accordance with the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any RIF order pending successful ID verification, and to require proof that a statutory defence under the Act applies to you (for example, UKARA-registered skirmisher status, or that you fall into another recognised defence category).

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for the relevant item. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Misuse of products

Airsoft equipment must be used responsibly and in accordance with UK law, including on private land with the landowner's permission or at a licensed site. You are responsible for using any product you buy from us safely and lawfully.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
