Who delivers your order

Orders are delivered by [COURIER NAME(S)]. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

RIF deliveries

Replica imitation firearms (RIFs) are sent using a signed-for service. Someone must be available to sign for the parcel; we can't leave RIF deliveries unattended or with a neighbour.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, check the tracking link first. If there's still no update, contact support with your order number and we'll chase it up with the courier.

Incorrect delivery address

Please double-check your address at checkout — we dispatch to the address provided and can't guarantee a redirect once an order has shipped. If you spot a mistake before dispatch, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it.
