Returns & Refunds

Last updated: [DATE]

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This page explains your legal right to cancel an order, how to request a return, and what we can't accept back for safety and hygiene reasons.

Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you're a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, tell us within that window — sign in and request a return from your order history, or email [CONTACT EMAIL]. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they're unused and in original condition, we refund the price paid for those items (we are not required to refund the original delivery cost beyond the cheapest delivery option we offered, nor the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty). Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days of approval.

What can't be returned

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations' exemptions for hygiene and sealed goods, we cannot accept the return of:

  • Opened or used consumables — BBs, gas, batteries, and similar items once the packaging seal has been broken, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Any RIF (replica) that has been fired, fitted with aftermarket internals, or has had tamper-evident seals broken, unless it's faulty.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
  • Gear that has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use beyond trying it on.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or develops a fault — see "Faulty or incorrect items" below.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and photos where possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the fault and how long you've had the item. This applies regardless of the exclusions listed above.

How to request a return

  1. Sign in and open the order from your order history.
  2. Select which item(s) you're returning and tell us why.
  3. We'll review the request and confirm whether it's approved.
  4. Once approved, package the item(s) securely and send them to [RETURNS ADDRESS].
  5. We'll confirm by email once we've received and processed the return, and issue your refund.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, you're responsible for the cost of returning it to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't arrive back with us.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you want to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, you can do so directly from your order history for a full refund, no return necessary.
